the full skirt

After years of the mini skirt, fashion is returning to a more lady-like look with the full a-line skirt. From the silhouette to the length, a full skirt makes every woman feel like a lady. 

Creating the Look:

I started with the skirt. As my readers know, I love to mix prints and this skirt was not any exception. Because there's black in the skirt, I decided to mix the print with a print that also had black. My black and white, peter pan collar top was a perfect pair with the skirt. Because I always have to add some edge to a look, I wore my studded, t-strap flats. To add a youthful twist, I wore a crossbody bag instead of a structured bag. I completed the look with cateye shades.
