A vibrant outfit doesn't always incorporate tons of color. Shape, print, and a smile can also adds that feel.

Creating the Look: 
This look started with the skater skirt. I wanted to create a fun outfit and it always starts with a flirty skirt. As I was searching through my draws to find a top, I came across my blue leopard tank. This tank led to an all blue outfit so I also added a denim button up. With all the neutral blue, I decided to add a pop of color. I added neon heels and a white crossbody with neon accents. I completed the look with jeweled earrings and shades.
